彼时,一位中国明星因为表演了一段比较娘炮的篮球舞蹈而成为了一个经久不衰的meme。
从艺术创作的角度来说这段舞蹈无可厚非,但是其巨量的负面传播对此明星的生涯和生活产生了非常的影响。此引出一个困扰创作者的问题 —— 传播的不可预测性是否会与创作者的利益发生不可挽回的冲突。

本来是想做一个VR展览的,但是在空间上增加了一轴所带来的可能性使得成品的可控性和可操作性迅速失去了控制最终成为了一片beautiful mess,静默地称述着我的价值观的局限性 —— 别让我当设计师了求求。

Do I hold a champagne with classy cues?
Do I study

Do I laugh at jokes I can't amuse?
Do I keep a smile on my face at all times?
Till my eyes sore and face hurts?
Under the circumstances of which,
I have to either:
1, bink uncontrollably;
2, keep the lids opened really really hard;
or 3, close my eyes, which I believe can be counted towards social benefits of my profession, I guess

把普通同学的八卦放到八卦杂志里是一种什么样的体验?
被八卦的同学火冒三丈,但是明星就理应遭受这种待遇吗?
人类本来就理应是活在150个人左右的社群里的群居动物,八卦是维系社群关系的一种正常行为。
但是在传媒世界里,明星被生物性地误认为是生活在我们身的社群成员。其八卦便被过度消费。
我们与这个信息世界格格不入的生物性,正在产生很多奇怪的现象。

but her conception of "classy" comes from things previous classy people liked,

So, it's not that classy things are intrinsically classy
so classy people like them, but in reverse!

什么东西都在电子化/线上化。我们通过把婚礼这个人生当中最重要的仪式线上化来反思/讨论/质疑这种线上化的边界到底在哪里。仪式感一直是在线上化的对立面的线下世界的特色,但是如果连仪式感都可以线上化,那这种边界还是否存在呢。美学上面我们使用了很多日常化、本土化、廉价化的视觉原料来进行了一种反映中国正在摸索进行着的现代化初期的野蛮感和人情味与现代化的冲突和水土不服。这种力求赤裸地表现社会现状的视觉语言中隐隐透露出对线上化的讽刺,但是在作品初具雏形之时我们又有了新的体验,我们真的是在讽刺而不是在推波助澜甚至是进行一种投降吗?
